Nightcliff Primary School is located in the suburb of Nightcliff about 10 kilometres from the centre of the city and two blocks back from the beach.The school is a modern primary school catering for students from Preschool to Year six. The school has:
- Approximately 470 students currently enrolled
- 16 classroom teachers from Transition to Year Six

- a double unit preschool provides morning or afternoon sessions for students
